Our aim is to reveal the bigger story and we realize that not all elements will come from one single collected set of data at one moment in time. On top, consumers don't always say what they do and do what they say. This is the limit of very traditional research methods.

 

Our challenge is therefore to complement the voice of the customer data with other available data or information (e.g. sales or usage data) in order to interpret the findings in the right perspective.

 

We believe that the only ‘predictive’ power of research can be used if one clearly understands the underlying motivations and attitudes, and the impact they have on certain behaviors.
